    1. SPONSOR:

    This Giveaway is sponsored by Amy Barnett ("Sponsor"), owner and operator of @amybarnettauthor.

    2. ELIGIBILITY:

    The Giveaway is open internationally to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by local laws.

    3. PROMOTION PERIOD:

    The Giveaway begins on the date of the Instagram post announcement and ends on 11 August 2026 [ACST] ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will be disqualified.

    4. HOW TO ENTER:

    Standard Entry: Log in to your Instagram account, follow @amybarnettauthor, like the official giveaway post, and tag at least one friend in the comments section. Each separate tag/comment counts as one (1) standard entry.

    Bonus Entries (+10): Subscribe to the author's email newsletter via the link provided in the Instagram bio during the Promotion Period. Existing subscribers can also receive bonus entries by completing the form at the same link. Limit ten (10) bonus entries per person/email address.

    5. PRIZE:

    One (1) winner will receive:

     One (1) signed paperback copy of Dangerous Secrets

     One (1) signed paperback copy of Dangerous Promises

    Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): ~$30 USD / $45 AUD. The winner is responsible for any local taxes or customs duties if applicable.

    6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

    One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within three (3) days following the close of the Promotion Period.

    The winner will be notified exclusively via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram from the official handle @amybarnettauthor.

    Beware of Scams: Sponsor will never ask for credit card information or send links to claim a prize.

    The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and provide a valid mailing address to claim the prize. If a winner fails to respond within the timeframe, an alternate winner may be randomly selected.

    7. PRIVACY & MARKETING:

    By entering via the newsletter bonus entry link, participants consent to receive periodic promotional emails and updates from the Sponsor. Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link included in every email. Personal information (such as email and shipping addresses) will be used solely for giveaway administration and marketing communications, and will not be sold to third parties.

    8. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

    Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged physical mail or shipments. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability, injury, or loss arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or receipt/use of the prize.
